Sales Associate of i-Store Self Storage
Responsibilities :
- Introducing the self storage services to customers with good understanding.
- Respond to customer questions in an efficient and appropriate manner.
- Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Taking care customers to get the best experience in any touch points.
- Assist with customer outreach.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments.
- Coordinate between our logistic outsourcing and customers.
- Updating customer records and storage units.
Qualifications :
- Female or Male with approximate age 25 to 29
- Bachelor’s Degree in all major
- 1- 2 years experience in Customer Service.
- Be able to speak English (common communication)
- Basic able to work under pressure environment.
- Basic computer skill (Excel, work , Presentation).
- Eager to learn.
- High leadership and good negotiation.
- High responsibility and good follow up.
- Good personality and good follow up.
- Initiative for problem solving.
- Work in Hotel, Real estate, Logistic or service business (preferred).
- Work 5 days per week 9.00 – 18.00 hrs.
Place of work & Work Days :
- Near BTS and MRT
- Mon-Fri (09:00 - 18:00)
