Under this model, i-Store is responsible for the complete process—from design, construction, and system installation to full operational management of self-storage facilities. This approach accelerates branch expansion, allowing the brand to scale more rapidly and extend its footprint across strategic locations.

The opening at VOCO Bangkok Surawong will enhance the guest experience by complementing the hotel’s quality accommodations, co-working spaces, and other amenities with secure storage solutions for luggage and personal belongings. Operated under the same security standards as all i-Store locations, the facility is ideal for travelers who need short-term storage or convenient baggage management before and after their trips.

Beyond tourists, i-Store Surawong–Silom also serves residents in the Surawong–Silom area as well as nearby businesses seeking storage for documents, office equipment, or inventory—without the need to expand their own office space.

Scheduled to open on January 20, 2026, i-Store Surawong–Silom marks the first step in introducing the Storage Management model to the market and lays the foundation for i-Store’s future expansion in partnership with property owners across other key locations.
