On this special occasion, the i-Store management team welcomed 56 students from the Exclusive Financial Career Camp, along with representatives from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the business. The students were given an in-depth introduction to the Self Storage business model—an emerging real estate concept designed to meet the needs of modern urban lifestyles—highlighting i-Store’s focus on leveraging technology to deliver convenience, offering flexible services that cater to both individual and corporate clients, and implementing sustainable growth strategies in a high-potential market.
As one of the camp’s key highlights, the students used i-Store as a case study for a strategic analysis activity. Divided into groups, they presented ideas on business expansion strategies, competitive advantage assessments, financial opportunities, and innovative proposals to a panel of esteemed judges, gaining valuable experience in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Storage Asia Public Company Limited, the operator of i-Store, was honored to take part in the judging process. Mr. Pakdee Anirun (CEO) and Ms. Chotika Promwutsaiubua (CFO) served as judges in the selection round, while Mr. Srisan Jitvaranan (Chairman of the Board) joined as a judge in the Final Presentation.
Witnessing the students analyze real business data in depth served as proof that experiential learning can spark critical thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities within the context of capital markets. i-Store extends its gratitude to the Stock Exchange of Thailand for trusting us to be part of such a meaningful initiative and applauds the talent and dedication of the students—clear evidence that the “next generation of financial leaders” is growing stronger and more confident for the future.
